The staff were very pleasant and helpful .
Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, and I could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms, difficult to relax. The bathroom was cramped and poorly designed, especially when sharing with someone. The bed pillows also had a strange odor that was off-putting, leaving me to cover them with a T-shirt just to be able to sleep comfortably.

If it were any other city in France, you could say it's not worth the money, it's Nice, come to terms with it. room is clean, Room is clean, it looks very out of date, again, clean and everything works. Hearing as in most hotels, unfortunately, is excellent, especially if your neighbors decide to improve the relationship in the hallway (on the other hand, free lesson in mad French has not yet hurt anyone). There is an elevator. To the beach on foot 20 minutes almost in a straight line or a couple of stops by tram. neighborhood where the hotel is located is a bit stressful, literally in a couple of blocks - a wide street Jean Medecin - there are supermarkets, decent cafes and restaurants and in the evenings is not afraid to walk. station's about five minutes away on foot. From the airport, there is a tram to the final stop of Jean Medecin and from there it's about 5 minutes on foot.
The wi-fi is weak, constantly departed and could not remember the login-password, very annoying to reenter each time.

I was shocked by the size of my room. It reminded me of a box! Not to mention the bathroom was so cramped, it woudl ve been better suited for a kid's dollhouse. The internet was atrocious-constantly disconnecting. I thought I might receive some extra amenities in exchange for these grievances, but I guess only certain guests deserve such treatment.

Small cozy hotel, clean rooms (for 3 stars quite large), modern interior, fresh repairs in the room and bathroom, refrigerator, safe + there is a small balcony, high windows with shutters. Polite, responsive staff at reception, speak English. Free luggage storage after departure. The main advantage is the location: . In the immediate vicinity of the station (maximum 5 minutes walk), where you can easily and quickly reach the nearest cities, attractions and beaches of the Cote d'Azur (Cannes, Monaco, Eze sur Mer - the village of Eze, Beaulieu-sur-Mer - Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Villa Efrussi de Rothschild, Villefranche-sur-Mer, etc.) . Near the Basilica of Notre Dame de Nice, Avenue Jean Medsen is the main shopping street of Nice. To Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, the sea - 15 minutes on foot. To the Old Town, Castle Hill (viewpoint) and then the port of Nice - about 20-30 minutes. Good value for money
Bad Wi-Fi (often departed, constantly had to re-enter the login/password). The area near the waiting station - many migrants, but generally safe. A few days before arrival, a deposit of 1 night's stay is taken from the card - and this amount is not taken into account at check-in - charge full payment for all nights of stay. As explained by the hotel employee - the deposit will then be returned to the card back, specifying "within 1 month" (but the money returned within a week).

This 3* hotel is fully compliant with its level: clean, cozy, nice renovation and interior, has a lift, free wi-fi, friendly staff, air conditioning, safe, small fridge, nice view of the street) Daily room with change of towels and bed linen, shampoo and soap are provided. Excellent location-5 min. to the station, and 20 min. to the Promenade des Anglais with all beaches!
Breakfast. It's terrible! It wasn't included in my room rate. (and thank God!). For 9 euros, you'll get not fresh croissants, cheese, muesli and yogurt. That's all! (I went to the Monoprix supermarket every morning for hot croissants.)

The breakfast was great with various food, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. My standard twin room was compact & air-conditioned. The location was great - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. In Restaurant China, located nearby I had Halal meals.

Great location near trai station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Sea/promenade des Anglais. On the walk to the sea you pass by tons of Places to shop. It is also within a 5(or less) minute walk to a tram stop that can take you closer to the sea or to old Nice. The lady at reception was lovely and gave us valuable tips and suggestions. Room was spacious as well.
Our lights in the bathroom flickered on and off sometimes leaving you to shower in the dark. The decor was a little old and could use some updating but for the price it was not a bad choie. I would go here again.

Hotel is near to the railway station and has many shops and restaurants around. Also post office and the shopping street. Also tram stop is close. Clean rooms, every day cleaning of the room.
It is quite old and therefore e.g. when heavy raining/wind, there was water coming through window. The problem was solved, quite quickly...

1.I loved that we came to the hotel almost 4 hours early and they gave us our room. It saved our day, we were able to leave our suitcases and we bought time for a walk... 2. I liked the convenient location. 3. Logical value for money.
1.I didn't like the soundproofing at all! From above as if there was a racetrack (seriously thought about complaining, but we have suffered, left on a trail day), on the sides of the neighbors heard the TV, going to the toilet, talking, coughing. . Fort manque d'isolation phonique. 2.I did not like that the door to the toilet / bathtub with glass, translucent, also with a mirror opposite ... Ne pas aimer le porte dans wc qui est moitié transparent . 3. On one side, the passage to the bed is max. 30 cm. I had to squeeze sideways with my 55 kg.

The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the train station and close to various attractions, including the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The room, while small, was cozy and included useful amenities like a hairdryer and a mini fridge. I particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, the pastries and yogurt were a nice touch to start the day right. Perfectly suited for my short stay while exploring the city.

It's not far from the station/airport bus. It's in the centreof the city. It's well run.
The hotel is good value for money but its breakfast price was on the high side for what you got, sitting in a dingy hall. At the moment the price is 6 euros, but one can get a similar breakfast for between 3 - 4 euros close by. Last time we stayed at St Gothard we obviously had a special price via Booked.net AND breakfast was included, but then it wasn't high season.
